  1. I have been following the directions to remove groovorio but its not working.

  2. I uninstalled, but when I search in the box in the upper left hand corner of IE, I see the search go through groovorio for a split second before redirecting me?

    • Hi katherine,

You need to change the default search provider. Navigate to the top right corner and click on an downwards arrow. Select Manage Search Providers. When a new tab opens, find "Search Providers". Remove Groovorio and then select a different search provider.

Another advice from me would be not to use Internet Explorer. Chrome and Firefox are much more secured and faster browsers, but that is ofcourse your right to choose.

      Have a great day!

  3. Hi Max,

  4. This virus was also called snipsmart. You may want to look for that. I finally got that and groovorio off my CPU.
