Such files can help save memory and disc space, because they can be organized into modules and reused several times. TBHostSupport.dll itself is associated with Conduit Search family of potentially unwanted applications. It is a large family of browser extensions that include Freecorder Toolbar, KeyBar Toolbar, Social Search Toolbar and many other browser add-ons.

Or

RunDLL - There was a problem starting c:\users\%USERNAME%\appdata\local\tbhostsupport\TBHostSupport.dll. The specified module could not be found.

It means that you have had Conduit product installed on your computer, and during the installation the program was configured to auto-start each time you turn on the PC.
