What is Social Privacy Virus?

More specifically, the home page is changed to search.conduit.com, which also displays advertisements.  The search engine provides links to a lot of websites, whose content is not control by Conduit. 1. Click Start - > Control Panel - > Uninstall a program.
2. Remove Search Protect, Social Privacy and Social Privacy DNS.

Windows 8

1. Move the mouse to the lower-left corner of the screen.

3. Click the search engine icon new to the search box and select a new search engine.

Google Chrome

1. Press Alt+F.
2. Go to Tools and click Extensions.
3. Remove Social Privacy.
4. Click Settings.
5. Under On startup, click on the third option and then click Set pages.
6. Change the startup page.
7. Under Search, click Manage search engines and set a new search provider.
8. If necessary, alter the settings of the home button under Appearance.
