ZoomEx is yet another useless ad-supported program from the ever-growing Multiplug family. When you are infected with this adware, there are clear telltale signs in the form of third-party advertisements. While you might think that it is great to have best deals and products offered to you so that you can “save money,” we must tell you that clicking on these ads might end ugly for you. Where does ZoomEx come from?

This adware is built on the infamous JustPlugIt cross-browser engine. It is “infamous” because lots of ad-supported programs have been developed based on this engine, including MoreForLess, CoupontasticOffers, and Awesome-Promos. Just like all other Multiplug applications, ZoomEx is also distributed via third-party installers, such as InstallRex. It is essential to understand that these installers may not only contain useful and legitimate free software as a lot of unsuspecting users may think. Unfortunately, they can also be packed with malicious software, including adware programs and browser hijackers. If you happen to install such a lot, you will infect your machine with several threats and even deleting ZoomEx will not help you to secure your PC. How to delete ZoomEx
