Did you try to use our manual WinXDefender removal instructions? They should help you to get rid of this parasite. If it’s too difficult for you to find the infected files, you can use our free scanner, which will not to remove, but help you to find the locations of the infected files. After all, I advice you to boot your computer in Safe Mode and delete the infected files manually.

I need to have the pop up removed from my computer. I did not request it but poped up by itself. this is a doctors office and I need to get this removed from MY WEB SITE NOW.

I suggest you to scan your computer with our free scanner, which will not delete, but will show the locations of the infected files. Afterwards, boot your computer in Safe Mode and delete the infected files by using Shift+Del combination. Otherwise, use a reliable anti-spyware program.

Signed up, Activation code dosn’t work, called help line they gave me new code that dosn’t work. never recieved confirmation Email though operator confirmed I was listed in their Database. Can anybody help?

WinXDefender is a rogue anti-spyware program and you have to remove it from your computer immediately, if you don’t want that it would damage your computer. You have to get some more information if you want to be sure, that the software you are purchasing is a reliable software. Are you having problems with WinXDefender removal?
