A Browser Helper Object, also known as BHO, is a DLL module designed as a plugin for your browser to provide added functionality. BHOs allows program developers to monitor and control IE browser. When you open your browser, it reads the registry to locate installed BHO’s and then creates them. BHO’s then have access to all the events and properties of that browsing session.
