Delete from Internet Explorer:

Launch Internet Explorer, simultaneously tap Alt+T and select Manage Add-ons.
From the list on the left choose Search Providers.
Select a new default search provider and Remove the undesirable one. Hit Close.

Delete from Mozilla Firefox:

Launch Firefox, click the search provider icon on the search box and select Manage Search Engines.
Locate the undesirable search provider, Remove it and click OK.
Now simultaneously tap keys Alt+T to open the Tools menu.
Select Options and click the General tab on the right.
Overwrite/remove the Home Page URL and then click OK.
