I think I have it removed, but I still seem to be having problems with the browser being hijacked. Any ideas?
I have gone to the internet options panel and reset the home page. I think I corrected all the registry entries and deleted all of the program executables. I still get the bar across the top of the window.
Thanks.

To remove A360, I went into Windows Task Manager, clicked on Processes and deleted it from there. Then I went into Programs found A360 and deleted the program. It would not let me delete it until I first deleted in from Processes in Task Manager.
