If any of you are experienceing issues with removing files, start windows in Safe Mode, or in Command Prompt, if you want.
Delete the files the guys tell you to.

I Had This And Sucesfuly removed it heres how

G onto tskmanager and look for a process such as lch random jiberish
note it down the end it
go into system 32 folder and look for that file and delete it then look for the .scr file begins with a b again random jiberish of leters and number delete it once found
my one stoped me from chingign creensaver and background by turning of the tabs
in the start meanu press run and put in regedit go into HKEY CURENT USER select software microsoft, windows and polices on the right should be NoDispBackground
NodispScreensaver Value 1 = disabled value 2 = enable
and the redirecting still trying to get my head round it
Come on guys if a 13 yr old boy can do it u can

I did a backup of my data and pictures on a couple of dvds, then I did a system restore(was told by a tech at Best Buy) that this would be my best bet to get rid of it. My next question is: Is it safe to load my data and pictures back on to my pc or could they be infected?

I wont to get this off my computer !it is driving me crazy having it on here! I never put it on my computer! help me get it off,tried everything to get it off and nothing!

I had it and I tried the windows defender and that did not work for my but I did find that my had received as read only file to me so when I kept try to delete and nothing would happen. Go to the file folders properties and check to see if it is read only file if yes uncheck the box and make sure to apply the change close out and go back to the folder and attempt to delete. You will probably have to delete it from your program list also. Check and dump your recycle bin ASAP. I am glad to be rid of this program.
