Aba,
VirusProtect Pro renewed recently. Maybe you’ve got the newest its version. Maybe the information wasn’t updated on our site. Try to search for processes and files that are mentioned above and remove them from your computer.

johnson powell,
Unfortunately, the makers of VirusProtect Pro stole your money and there is no way to get your money back through them. I advise you to contact your credit card company and demand for a chargeback. Also, let the credit card company know not to let a charge from VirusProtect Pro go through or to call you when such a transaction happens. I hope VirusProtect Pro makers does not charge your credit card in the future. Check your credit card statement in the next couple of months in case they try to charge it again. You shouldn\’t trust fake notifications on your system tray. You must be careful when you download an unknown product.

Scared Student,
Virus Protect Pro updates itself very often and tries to hide itself so that it is difficult for anti-spyware programs to catch it. Maybe you didn’t update your anti-spyware program? If so, try to scan your computer with other anti-spyware programs because the problem may be that your anti-spyware program doesn’t have the latest definitions for Virus Protect Pro yet.

I have had this VirusProtect Pro pest infect my PC and have run the full version of SPYHUNTER which has removed most of it. However I am unable to remove the annoying icon in the system tray that alerts me that I have viruses and spyware on my system that this pest installed. How do I get rid of this. I have tried booting XP in SAFE mode and diagnostic mode but it still appears. Cannot locate the service or DLL that is causing this. Anybody had this problem and fixed it??

hileeanoid,
Did you update SpyHunter before running a scan? Click on the \”Update\” button and select \”Definitions Update\”. VirusProtect Pro is constantly changing, therefore it is important to have the latest definitions in order to remove it. If the problem continues, I suggest you go to SpyHunter\’s Spyware Helpdesk where they\’ll generate a diagnostic report and be able to send you a unique fix that will remove VirusProtect Pro from your computer. To access SpyHunter\’s Spyware Helpdesk, go to Help -> Technical Support System -> Open Support Ticket, then post your problem and they will answer you.

It appears the following file will need to be deleted in order to not have the annoying icon pop up anymore in the system tray. this must be deleted in safe mode. also once that is removed you’ll get a run dll error regarding mywebs~/bar/2.bin.mwsbar.dll couldn’t be found. So now i’m looking into that but. at least the annoying pop ups are gone for now.

Hello my name is Jack.
I have a constant balloon on my tool bar, system alert for your anti spyware, my son downloaded an agreement for a program visionx or something like that. I would like to remove the adware that came with the download to avoid deleting/replacing my hard drive.
I would appreciate if you could get back to me on this issue.

Brenda Neumann,
Maybe manual VirusProtect Pro removal instructions are too difficult for you. You can download our free scanner to find the infected files. Our free scanner won’t remove the infection, but will show the locations of the infected files. By knowing the locations, you can remove these files manually. It’s better to boot your computer in Safe Mode. And it may be, that you remove only VirusProtect Pro files, but not the Trojan (it updates very often) which installs VirusProtect Pro again on your computer. If this will be not so easy to you, the only way to remove parasites from your machine is to get a reliable anti-spyware program.
